
Customer care - front office with French
Requirements:
- Higher education/university degree
- A university diploma in Economics and/or Law is an advantage
- Strong motivation and determination to achieve objectives
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems
- Determination and initiative
- Good communication skills, empathy, active listening, and mediation
- Flexible work schedule
Language requirements:
- French minimum level B2 (mandatory)
- Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian, Romanian or English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage.

Main duties:
- Providing customer support via phone and/or email
- Verifying payment statuses
- Sending necessary documentation to customers (e. g. , invoices, accounting documents)
- Managing complaints and claims
