- focused individual tojoin our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a Customer Care
Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptionalservice and support to our valued customers. Your primary goal willbe to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing various aspects of the customerexperience, including order management, pricing, partner onboardingand support, and catalogue management.
Tasks
Order
Management:
- Processcustomer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track and monitor order status to ensure timelydelivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams toresolve any
- related issues. - Providecustomers with updates on order status and shipmentdetails.
Pricing:
- Assist customers with pricing inquiries and provideaccurate pricing information.
- Collaborate withthe sales team to ensure pricing consistency andaccuracy.
- Handle pricing adjustments anddiscounts as per company policies.
Partner Onboarding and
Support:
- Collaboratewith partners to onboard them onto our platform orsystem.
- Provide support and guidance topartners during the onboarding process.
- Address partner inquiries and concerns promptly andprofessionally.
- Assist partners with anytechnical issues or challenges they may encounter.
Catalogue
Management:
- Maintainand update product catalogues and pricing lists.
- Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, andpricing.
- Assist customers and partners innavigating the product catalogue and providerecommendations.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via video, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, technical support, andtroubleshooting assistance.
- Identify andescalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns havebeen resolved.
Requirements - High schooldiploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer carerole.
- Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written.
- Strong

- making abilities. - Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
- Fluency in English and French
