We’re hiring a Customer Care Specialist with strong operational and marketing support skills for a
- established home care brand that provides

- medical and
- duty nursing services for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, increasing call volume, and supporting daily operations.
What You’ll Do
Customer Care & Operations
- Handle inbound calls with compassion and professionalism
- Support families and clients seeking home care services
- Manage dispatching and technician/caregiver routing to maximize utilization
- Make outbound calls for
- ups, unsold estimates, and
- engagement lists
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team
- Assist with social media content, remarketing, and promotional specials
- Help strengthen brand awareness and trust within the community
Systems & Process Support
- Service
Titan expertise (REQUIRED): - Maintain and update the price book
- Adjust pricing guides
- Support overall system setup and workflow improvements
- Service
Titan experience is mandatory - Advanced English (C1) English-only environment
- Customer service experience with high call volume
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to support both customer care and marketing activities
Contribute to HR, policy-making, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures
