What will you do:
As part of our Services Quote to Cash operations, you will be responsible for facilitating certain segments of the

- day operational processes related to
- end (customer support or sales support) and/or
- end (contract booking and activation, offer creation, renewal management, order booking or dispute management) activity in support of the organization’s business objectives. To do so, you will work closely with your peers in operations teams and/or regional business teams functions by utilizing organization’s tools and data infrastructure.
