The Customer Experience Professional is responsible for delivering consistent,

- class customer service to meet our customers' needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure. A solid understanding of business needs is essential.
As a champion for continuous improvement, you will execute bookings, order generation, periodic billing, and renewals. You will also comply with business processes and controls to ensure

This is a hybrid role (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).
