We have an opportunity for Customer Experience Professional to join our team in Bucharest.  

The customer relations expert will be responsible for managing all activities specific to the administrative office, Front Office, prioritizing the provision of exceptional customer service. It will be the interface between the administrative office, Back Office, and customers. It will support all ESS business group lines and will also work in cooperation with other internal functions (eg Sales, Collection, Disputes, Project management, Logistics, Finance, Tax, Treasury, . This role is vital in the Central Working Point and is essential to the success of delivering the highest standards of customer service

This is a hybrid role (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).
