Customer Experience Specialist with German
Job purpose:
Responsible for the completion of the assigned process related tasks for a specific area, based on language skills and the thorough process knowledge demonstrated on activities performed and the tools used. Will work closely with local field personnel and contribute on a team of highly committed professionals who’s organizational and communication skills provide effective and efficient support to the local business. Takes ownership to ensure the customer receives a high level of service at all times by communicating and by doing the necessary
- up with customers and internal departments.

- invoice requirements and working with field personnel to obtain customer required Purchase Order to process invoice
