Customer Experience Training Professional
We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Training Professional to join our Safety And Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. The position is responsible for theoversight, direction and coordination of the site training requirements, ensuring that training gaps and needs are promptly identified and addressed. A Customer Experience Training Professional should prepare and manage training schedules, programs, documents, assessments, and certifications and deliver, facilitate or enable softskills and technical trainings as required.

Key requirements:
- Act as designer, implementer, and facilitator (when appropriate) of learning and development programs;
- Assist in conducting
- functional needs assessments and consult with business partners to determine learning needs that align with the goals and objectives for the organization; - Audit existing programs and support the identification of new training programs and /or the training vendor selection process;
- Act as point person for functional learning needs; oversee the Learning and Development process and work with leaders to make enhancements as necessary;
- Create, maintain and manage training schedules, documents, assessments and certifications.
Key skills and qualifications:
- At least two (2) years + of training experience;
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education or experience in similar roles), or Trainer / Coaching certification;
- Experience with traditional and modern training design, execution and improvement methods, tools, and techniques;
- Working experience in instructional design, experience with designing effective online learning;
- Experience with
- center agent environments.
