- Valid work permit that allows you to work a full time norm.
- Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native proficiency) and advanced English skills (both written and verbal) are essential for effective communication with clients/Near-native English.
- Have capital markets advanced knowledge.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in fast-paced or financial environments, with a strong focus on engagement and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in Forex and a solid understanding of the market and its dynamics is mandatory.
- University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant skills.
- Strong passion for learning with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in tasks and client interactions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present information clearly, professionally, and engagingly.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently and independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced computer skills are essential for managing client relationships and data effectively.
- Demonstrate responsibility, ambition, and a strong drive for personal and professional growth.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create a positive experience in every client interaction.

- Provide world-class service, support and guidance to our client base via chat, phone, and email.
- Represent the company and product at the highest possible level.
- In-depth understanding of multiple workflows, policies, and tools.
- Provide to our customers knowledge, best practices in how to gather and use information, in order to be able to make informed decisions in the market.
- Schedule and attend meetings.
- Stay up to date on the latest financial happenings and major headlines.
- Participation in exciting events in our industry (expos, seminars, etc. ).
- Respond in timely manner to all the needs and inquiries of our customers.
- Ensure all client inquiries are responded to in full, including any follow-up inquiries.
