As a German and English-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be part of our hybrid team in Romania, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey.

- teams="true">Your responsibilities will include:

• - teams="true">Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;
• - teams="true">Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
• - teams="true">Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
• - teams="true">Accurately updating customer records and databases;
• - teams="true">Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
• - teams="true">Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
• - teams="true">Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.

- teams="true">What we’re looking for:

• - teams="true">Strong German and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
• - teams="true">Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
• - teams="true">Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00);
• - teams="true">Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
• - teams="true">Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;
• - teams="true">Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
