About Us:
Join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer care for a renowned company in the travel industry. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be assisting clients with inquiries related to vacation reservations on our platform, catering to a diverse range of needs, from modifying travel dates to processing refunds. Our company, a leading player in the tourism sector, offers a comprehensive platform encompassing hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rentals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat/tickets primarily in Italian, with occasional interactions in English.
- Assist clients in modifying vacation plans, processing refunds, and addressing queries about hotel and flight reservations, as well as car rentals.
- Engage with both individual customers and B2B partners, collaborating with hotel and airline representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Navigate through our platform to guide clients in utilizing various services and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian(C1) and English(B2) - both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and
- centric approach. - Ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Familiarity with the travel industry and reservation platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
