Day-to-Day:
Delivering
- quality support in German via phone, email, and chat.
Managing inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy.
Documenting cases to ensure service continuity.
Sharing insights with your team and leadership.
Taking part in ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements

• German fluency (C1+) + strong English
• Problem-solving mindset
• Relocation to Greece (support provided)
• Previous CSR experience is a plus
