Customer Service Representative (Romanian + English) On-Site

 Working Hours:
 Monday to Friday: 08:00 23:00
 Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
 Priority: Local candidates will be reviewed first
About the Role
We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting our company. 
 In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a
- quality service experience for JTI customers. 
Your Responsibilities
-  Assist customers via phone, email, or chat in Romanian and English. 
-  Provide accurate information about products and services. 
-  Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally. 
-  Keep customer records updated in the system. 
-  Maintain performance and quality standards. 
Requirements
-  Fluent Romanian (C1-C2) and good English (B2). 
-  Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles preferred. 
-  Strong communication and 
 - solving skills.
-  Ability to work in a 
 - paced environment.
-  Availability for rotational shifts. 
Salary and Benefits
-  Base Salary: 3, 200 BGN gross/month ( 1, 635€) 
-  Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net ( 25€) 
-  Additional pay for night hours (if applicable) 
-  Special occasion bonuses: 500 BGN ( 255€) for marriage, childbirth/adoption, or graduation
