Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in either Spanish or Arabic, intermediate level of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential for seamless interaction with diverse client bases.
- Possess a strong passion for learning, coupled with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and excellence in all tasks.
- Exhibit a high level of responsibility and ambition, consistently striving for personal and professional growth.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills, creating an engaging and positive experience for every client interaction.
- Be exceptionally organized and resourceful, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and independently.
- Availability to work in the LATAM time zone for the Spanish-speaking role (from 4 PM to 1 AM). Transportation will be provided at the end of the shift for your convenience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer support in Spanish or Arabic, resolving inquiries and providing tailored solutions to clients, across multiple communication channels.
- Assist with platform navigation and financial instruments, offering guidance to ensure clients maximize their experience, whether they're new users or experienced professionals.
- Handle complex issues and investigate inquiries thoroughly using available resources and cross-department collaboration to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Provide feedback on emerging trends, product bugs, and client issues, contributing to continuous service and product improvement.
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining high service standards and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory changes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimize workflows, and actively participate in meetings to maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure all client interactions are timely, accurate, and compliant with service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
