As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our customers in Romania. The role follows a hybrid model (2 days in the office).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Representing the company to external and internal customers, answering
- related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and when necessary, connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff

Managing
- based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returning goods for credit, and identifying quality assurance complaints

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Fluent English – spoken and written

Good knowledge of MS Office

Self-motivated and independent

Ability to cope with deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

(Nice to have) Experience in SAP

(Nice to have) Experience in a Customer Service role
