Zumtobel Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to work within our sales office in Bucharest, Romania.  



In this post you will be responsible for:

Process all customer requests with excellent quality and high speed, maintain best in class service levels

Liaise between customers, external sales and the internal organization regarding orders, technical claims and complaint handling delivering feedback professionally

Ensure all enquiries regarding product availability, prices, discounts and distribution matters are dealt with efficiently

Maintain accurate customer and project information in CRM

Invoice management and if required after sales services such as return processing

Your profile

You have a good basic level of education

You have experience of working in a customer facing role in a technical environment

You have sound knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications

You have strong administrative and organisational skills

You are a good team player with eagerness to learn

You have a high customer focus and responsiveness

You are an excellent communicator

You have very good English skills
