Job Description
Your New Role:
- Develop, coach and motivate your team, to be successful in achieving their sales targets;
- Contribute to process improvement to help your teams overachieve goals;
- Coach and help your team using proven leadership methodologies to ensure alignment with sales targets growth objectives across multiple customer segments;
- Collaborate closely

Qualifications

- Fluency in both German & English languages;

- Proven experience in Customer service, Telesales or another similar area, with a strong background in managing and developing teams;
- Expertise in using Contact Center related software for handling inbound/outbound calls, Excel/Gsheet;
- Empathetic leadership style, excellent communication and coaching skills;
- The ability to foster a motivated, cohesive team.
