Work model: On-site, Monday-Sunday
In 12-hour shifts: 2
- shifts (6AM to 6PM) and 2
- shifts (6PM to 6AM) followed by 4 days off.
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers to resolve issues and address inquiries.
• Utilize various communication channels to accommodate customer preferences and needs.
• Accurately document customer interactions for tracking and analysis purposes.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in assessments and training programs to enhance communication skills and customer service techniques.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong
- solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in using chat, email, and phone communication channels.
• Ability to work effectively in a
- paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Romanian with good grammar skills.
• Typing speed and accuracy
