In Cluj-Napoca, we are growing our Audit Center. As AUDITOR/CUSTOMER SUPPORT you will join our Audit Center and you will be based in our Cluj-Napoca Office.

As an Audit Center team member, you are of great importance to our customers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly at customer locations. Under your responsibility, the hygiene, prevention of fraud and theft and the service experience of our customers is monitored.

You will join a team of specialists that highly value self initiative, teamwork and open communication.

Your responsabilities:

• Supervise all locations and ensure that the alarms, triggers and signals are correctly, quickly and adequately captured within the set deadlines;
• Monitor the camera footage and carry out preventive checks at the locations;
• Ensure customer safety at night by watching unmanned refuelling / LNG stations, car washes and logistic centers;
• Perform fraud checks;
• Check whether or not hygiene or security protocols are being followed by employees on the ground and guard the overall situation at the locations of our customers, checking lighting, obstacles, parked vehicles and if correct prices are being displayed;
  • Try to remotely fix certain problems of our monitoring systems.
