Jobbeschreibung Candidate profile:
Advanced level of French (speaking and writing) and medium level of English
Availability to work on a full time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 22:00
Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity
Attention to detail
Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of
- based applications and technologies used in that area
The mission of the new team:
Offering best level customer support or debt collection assistance for French clients via phone or
- mail
Assist French
- clients of a local auto insurance company
Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry
Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
