Customers Logistics Specialist Timișoara

In order to support the Production Planning & Scheduling (Logistics Control) department in our E-mobility plant in Timisoara, we are looking for a Customers Logistics Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Acts as first contact person with the customers;
• Acts as an interfaced between customers and production planning, material orders or logistics planning;
• Ensures that ordered goods are delivered to customers for all products;
• Recognizes deliveries left behind and initiates special actions (e. g. special transport to the customer);
• Process all tasks related to customer orders (transport lists, processing / entering orders in the system, order confirmations, etc. );
• Monitors delivered quantities and tracks customer orders;
• Ensures advance production in case of changes, in cooperation with departments involved in the change process;
• Making invoices and shipping notes. Dividing the series produced, depending on the customers' orders;
• Delimitation of orders placed on the old stage of production, from new orders placed on the new stage of production, in case of technical changes occurred;
• Collaborates and informs planning and material orders of changes (new customers, major changes in customer requests).

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in Technical or Economic field;
• Between 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and experience in using SAP (S4/HANA);
• Working with customers portals is an advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
