The candidate we are looking for has solid professional experience in CX and ideally have expertise with Oracle’s CX Cloud suite, with focus on Marketing Automation product areas:

The candidate should have experience on/worked with CRM software products (preferably: worked for implementation or support) as Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo Engage, Hub
Spot Marketing Hub, and has a strong customer focus. He or she is comfortable in delivering presentations and is always looking to raise the bar of own skills and competencies.
