- IT) functions. Also, they act as business partners within the Solution Engineering
- system and are seen as trusted advisors by the Sales Community.

The candidate we are looking for has solid professional experience in CX and ideally have expertise with Oracle’s CX Cloud suite, with focus on Field Service and Fusion Service product areas: :
- functional skills in Oracle Fusion Applications in CX area
The candidate should have experience on/worked with CX software products (preferably: worked for implementation or support) like Field Service and Fusion Service, Right
Now, Service
Now, Sales Force Service Clous, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Serviceetc. and has a strong customer focus. He or she is comfortable in delivering presentations and is always looking to raise the bar of own skills and competencies.
