The Contracts Administrator job is comprised of either a Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist or a Customer Deal Desk Manager role. Both work in a
- cultural environment and cover multiple countries and/or lines of business. The work is
- paced and seasonal in nature, corresponding with Oracle's quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.  

Preferred Qualifications

The candidate must be advanced in German and English, any other foreign language is extra. Preferred profile is: problem solving abilities, team player, sound planning and organizing, attention to details and excellent change management. Previous customer experience is a plus

The Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist creates, validates and processes contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates, a set of contract options and in accordance with Oracle's policies and business approvals, in response to requests received from Sales. The Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist follows defined engagement guidelines to liaise with other groups across Oracle to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
