We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of service.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for optimizing customer experiences.
- Stay updated on product offerings, services, and industry trends to provide effective assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a
