The Opportunity
We are seeking a Data Analyst – Lead with a strong background in the Healthcare domain (EU or US) to drive strategic analytics initiatives and lead the development of business intelligence solutions. You will spearhead the creation of scalable and reusable analytical templates, oversee ETL processes, and coordinate with
- functional teams, including colleagues with clinical expertise.
This role requires a logical thinker and problem solver with strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a rigorous,
- oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
-
- end data analysis projects in the healthcare domain, ensuring alignment with regulatory and clinical requirements (EU/US context). - Build and maintain BI dashboards and analytical templates using tools such as Power BI (PBI), ensuring scalability and reusability across various healthcare departments and domains.
- Collaborate closely with medical colleagues (e. g. , doctors) to ensure clinical accuracy and contextual relevance in data interpretations.
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines using SQL, Snowflake, and Python to ensure of clean, reliable, and
- quality datasets. - Leverage Agentic AI tools to streamline insight generation and support advanced automation in data analysis workflows.
- Conduct deep data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
- Identify and extract actionable insights from complex healthcare data to support product and service improvements.
- Drive product analytics and contribute to the strategic roadmap through
- based recommendations. - Establish and maintain a rigorous system of reusable analytical templates, driving consistency and quality across reporting and analysis initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and
- functional team members on data strategy and technical best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with project leadership experience in the healthcare domain (EU or US systems).
- Proven expertise in:
- SQL and Snowflake for data querying and warehousing
- Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Python for data processing and automation
- ETL development and pipeline management
- Agentic AI applications in data workflows (e. g. , autonomous agents, smart analysis)
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory constraints.
- Experience working with doctors or clinical colleagues to interpret healthcare data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and
- functional engagement. - Exceptional
- solving and logical thinking abilities. - Systematic and structured approach to building analytics ecosystems and
- based models.
Nice to Have
- Experience in building or supporting healthcare BI platforms.
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with cloud environments (e. g. , AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with agile project management and product development cycles.
