Job Overview:  

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL, Python, data visualization expertise, and reporting engineer capabilities. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, build insightful reports, and develop automated reporting solutions to drive business decisions. You will collaborate with
- functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and ensure seamless data reporting operations.    

Key Responsibilities:  

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to provide
  - driven insights.   

• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.   

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.   

• Create and optimize SQL queries to extract data efficiently and ensure high performance in reporting.   

• Provides support in automating data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.   

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure data availability and quality across the organization.   

• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and data integrity challenges.   

Desired Skills and Qualifications:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey findings and recommendations, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.  

• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Git
  Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar to improve development speed and accuracy.  

• Strong ability to write and optimize complex queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.   

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting for automation.   

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization platforms to build dynamic dashboards and visual reports.   

• ETL/Reporting Engineering Skills: Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and experience in designing automated reporting systems.   

• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices for building scalable and maintainable reporting solutions.   

• Ability to break down complex business problems and design data solutions that address key challenges.   

• Strong focus on data accuracy, quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability of reports.   

• Ability to work with
  - functional teams to understand business objectives and how data analysis can inform
  - making.  
• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) is considered a strong plus.  

• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as AWS Redshift or Snowflake is a plus.   

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to technical and
  - technical stakeholders.   

Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.   

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Reporting Engineer.   

• Proven track record of working with large datasets and building reporting solutions that drive business value.
