Data Annotation with Croatian - The position is available within the team of one of our clients, a global platform in the
- commerce field, focused on selling a very wide variety of products.

 

Support channels & Tasks: You will be helping the AI bot learn certain phrases, rewrite them, check the emotions conveyed by specific phrases, and so on. The AI chatbot needs to be as efficient as possible and respond to customer's questions/inquiries to enhance the customer support experience.

 

Location: Office-based - The activity will take place from our office in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) at Sigma Business Center ( Republicii ).

 

Professional training: provided by the company, fully paid, for 2-3 weeks. The training is
- time, from Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

 

Schedule: Full time 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

 

Breaks: 1 hour included in the above schedule (30 min meal break + 3x10 min short breaks spread during the day)
