What You'll Own

Pipeline Management & Participant Experience

Design and execute

- end participant journeys from recruitment through final payout
Build scalable processes to consistently hit weekly throughput targets across 3-5 active projects
Create seamless onboarding experiences that maximize participant completion rates

Process Optimization & Automation

Identify repetitive tasks and implement systems to streamline operations
Build tracking and monitoring systems that give stakeholders

Design workflows that minimize manual touchpoints while maintaining quality control

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Develop sampling strategies and quality control checkpoints to maintain 95%+ acceptance rates
Ensure bulletproof compliance with consent protocols and data handling requirements
Implement rapid feedback loops to minimize

Operations Excellence

Provide
- fast technical support (sub-12 hour response time) across multiple channels

Essential Experience

1-3 years in data operations, crowdsourcing platforms, content moderation, or research operations
Proven track record meeting aggressive KPIs while maintaining quality standards
Experience managing 100+ participants or contributors simultaneously

Operational Mindset

Experience building processes from scratch in
