Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a
- oriented Test Engineer with experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and SQL to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure the quality and integrity of data quality solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IDQ processes and SQL queries;
• Conduct data validation and verification to ensure data quality standards are met;
• Identify, document, and track defects in data quality solutions, providing detailed reports for resolution;
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing;
• Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Document testing processes, results, and best practices;
• Stay updated on testing tools and methodologies relevant to data quality.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience in testing data quality solutions using Informatica IDQ and SQL;
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and testing methodologies;
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks;
• Knowledge of database management systems and data governance;
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
