Search — the backend infrastructure powering B2B lead discovery and enrichment.

About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of
- scale data pipelines and infrastructure that drives our core lead intelligence platform. This role blends classic data engineering with semantic search and LLM-powered enhancements — in a
- paced,
- impact startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data processing pipelines using AWS Glue (Py
  Spark) and S3

• Work with
  - scale datasets in Elasticsearch and Mongo
  DB

• Create robust workflows for data transformation, cleaning, and normalization

• Optimize and tune our search infrastructure, including query design and semantic enhancements (LLMs, Deep
  L, embeddings)

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience with AWS Glue, Py
  Spark, and S3

• Deep understanding of Elasticsearch (queries, aggregations, performance optimization)

• Strong Python skills (esp. with Py
  Spark and Pandas)

• Experience with data quality, schema evolution, and operational monitoring

• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or semantic search techniques is a strong plus

• Bonus: Experience with Node. js or general Java
  Script backend development
