Position Description:

We are seeking a Data Engineer to strengthen the platform, improve data flows, and support the creation of new pipelines.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Data ingestion & integration: Connect, normalize, and consolidate heterogeneous data sources into the centralized data hub (Data ).

• Data pipeline development: Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows in Azure Databricks (Spark, Scala/Py
Spark, SQL) ensuring scalability, quality, and performance.

• Data governance & GDPR: Implement purge processes and retention rules in compliance with GDPR requirements, ensuring data integrity and traceability.

• Stability & monitoring: Ensure that once data quality is achieved, treatments remain stable and robust.

• Documentation & knowledge sharing: Maintain clear technical documentation to facilitate evolution and maintenance.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Solid experience with Azure Cloud ecosystem (Data Lake, Databricks, Spark).

• Strong expertise in Databricks Runtime (DBR 13. 3 LTS) and Apache Spark (3. 4. 1).

• Proficiency in Scala and/or Py
Spark for big data processing.

• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT best practices and data architecture design.

• Understanding of data governance, GDPR constraints, and purge strategies.

• Familiarity with downstream tools consuming data (e. g. , CRM, campaign, or analytical systems) is a plus.

• Ability to work closely with IT stakeholders, with good communication skills.

• English and French skills are mandatory.
