- end data pipelines, implementing modern data models, and delivering impactful analytics solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark technologies (Databricks, Azure Synapse).

• Implement and optimize advanced data models, including Data Vault and dimensional modeling.

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, including paginated reports, ensuring high performance and usability.

• Build and maintain big data and No
  SQL solutions, with a focus on Mongo
  DB performance tuning and query optimization.

• Work with ERP data sources (e. g. , D365 F&O) to support reporting and analytics needs.

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.

• Implement best practices in data governance, pipeline orchestration, automation, and CI/CD.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support Dev
  Ops-driven development workflows.

• Ensure high data quality, reliability, and security across all implemented solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar Data & Analytics engineering role.

• Strong expertise in distributed data processing using Spark (Databricks, Azure Synapse).

• Advanced proficiency in Py
  Spark, Python, SQL, and familiarity with Java.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and cloud ecosystems (preferably Azure).

• Proven experience with Power BI, including complex dashboards and paginated reports.

• Solid understanding of No
  SQL databases, particularly Mongo
  DB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).

• Experience with data modeling techniques: Data Vault, star schemas, snowflake schemas, etc.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, data orchestration, and Dev
  Ops principles.

• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in international,
  - functional teams.
