What are your main tasks? - Based on data (structure) analyses, you will develop concepts and measures to improve our data quality in Purchasing
- You create added value through the efficient and practicable design of work processes and information flows in Purchasing
- In this context, you will evaluate trends and patterns in the processing of
- relevant data and develop
- wide governance principles from this - Through your participation in agile projects/working groups, you will actively work on the optimization and digitalization of purchasing processes
- As part of the team, you will help to identify data silos and develop options for
- process accessibility - You will supervise and design formats for interdisciplinary knowledge transfer (e. g. intranet, team rooms, etc. ) to promote the change competence of our employees
What do we expect? Qualification:
- You have a university degree (Bachelor/Diploma [FH]) in business administration, administrative informatics, business informatics, information technology or a comparable university degree related to data science or a comparable qualification
Professional skills:
- You have already gained experience in data management
- You have knowledge of agile project management methods (e. g. Scrum/Prince2 agile)
- You are adept at using common office applications (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Sharepoint)
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of SAP (S4 Procurement); otherwise we will be happy to help you acquire this in the short term
