DCX / Customer Digital Solutions Lead EMEA (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing - In this role, you will define and execute the EMEA E-Commerce Digital Roadmap, identifying required new digital products
- You will focus on accelerating sales growth online, customer retention, and loyalty through optimized digital channels and tools
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with EMEA Regional Business Units (RBUs) to develop, align, and continuously improve digital customer journeys, enhance existing customer websites (ecommerce and marketing), and initiate digital marketing initiatives
- You will define the vision and strategy for market intelligence, establish tools and processes for gathering insights, and integrate these into digital plans
- You will partner closely with
- functional Regional Sales & Marketing Management, finance and operations teams to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and loyalty through digital initiatives - You will collaborate with regional businesses to align & measure EMEA KPIs for growth and productivity through digital channels
What makes you great - You bring 7+ years of experience in B2B ecommerce & Digital Marketing (PPC, G/A/SEO, Marketing Automation)
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Digital Innovation or a related field) - an advanced degree is a plus
- You have 7+ years of Project Management Experience, preferably in Agile Project Management experience (e. g Design Thinking); More traditional Project Management Methodologies (e. g six sigma) is an advantage
- You have a proven track record of leading and delivering
- geographical (e. g. countries/Regions) digital programs according to expected ROI - You have a strong knowledge of best practices in customer experience, including experience in customer journey mapping and customer needs analysis
- Familiarity with market intelligence processes and systems is a plus
- You are fluent in English in both written and spoken communication
