Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for leading Agile deliveries across a wide range of geographies and time zones by applying and
- modelling Agile Ways of Operating principles. He/she will be enable teams to achieve a
- level of business outcome, ensuring that the full range of Agile tools is maximized, obstacles are removed and delivery cadence is maintained to ensure targeted value. The Role Holder will continue to improve the maturity in the WPB ways of operating and drive the culture change across Agile teams and wider stakeholders. The Role Holder will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies including Scrum-of-Scrums, and PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions and playback sessions. He/she will direct all POD support activities such as financial tracking, resource planning, cost management and
- hoc stakeholder/senior reporting. Key responsibilities (but not limited to) are:
- Supporting the planning delivery and implementation of value based deliveries across the Digital SVS, embracing the scaled Agile and Lean Agile frameworks to
- Removal of impediments which are outside the Scrum Master’s control (or escalating when needed) managing assumptions and dependencies between various release
- Ownership and management of the PI roadmap showing deliverables for the next two to three PIs. - Create and communicate annual calendars for iterations and PIs; covering PI planning, readiness, outputs and
- Ownership of retrospective improvement sessions and roadmaps, focusing on continual
- Track and manage costs, benefits and OKR’s. Input to QBR’s- Responsible for dependency definition and end to end management within the SVS- Ensure robust governance in alignment with Agile/Sa
