YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Leading and inspiring your team with full accountability for departmental performance

Overseeing all aspects of cash accounting, including daily takings, reconciliation, and cash desk procedures—supporting checkout operations when needed

Managing logistics operations such as unloading goods, verifying transport documents, and preparing merchandise for storage

Leading and executing the annual stock inventory in close collaboration with your team

Supporting store management with administrative tasks, including documentation and internal process coordination

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 3 years of management experience, ideally in sales, store administration, or
- store logistics

You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers, and have a genuine
- minded approach

You’re highly committed, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done

You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
