Deskside TechnicianJob Description
The Deskside Technician is expected to develop competence by performing structured work assignments and use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
This role involves troubleshooting,
- solving, and working with various technologies to ensure optimal system performance, building collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are the requirements of this position. When the onsite presence is not needed, the Deskside Technician can work from home.
The position is also designed to provide a Backfill Service for the OSS team.
Job responsibilities- user system failures and implementing repair solutions.
