To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a DFx Engineer located in Flex Timisoara. What a typical day looks like:• You will work with Project Managers to verify and to complete the documentation received from customers to perform the DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis
• You will utilize DFX tools to optimize the production line for quality and productivity improvement
• Conduct DFX review with site Product/Process Engineers to gather feedback on highlighted DFX violations, which will be incorporated in the report prior to release to customer
• You will resolve manufacturing problems by applying knowledge and skills, escalating design, manufacturing issues to other people within the organization when appropriate
• Take leadership in communication with other support groups
• Develop technical specifications, guidelines, and procedures if required
• You will provide feedback to corporate for DFX tool improvements
• Log DFA (Design for Assembly) jobs and track their closure (both with customer/ODM and internally). The experience we’re looking to add to our team:• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge of PCB/PCBA manufacturing process and technologies
• Knowledge of Final assembly process and technologies
• Experience working with contract manufacturing and ODM (original design manufacturer) vendors
• Strong knowledge of JEDEC or IPC standards
• Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial technology
• MS Office package
• English- advanced level
• Experience with Valor NPI software is a plus
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude &

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to details, highly organized
• Ability to work well in a
