How You'll Make an Impact

Develop and manage
- user communication materials such as emails, success stories, Viva Engage posts, intranet pages, graphics, videos, or presentations in line with the internal change management process

Participate as an advisor on Siemens Energy’s Change Advisory Board for the systematic introduction of IT changes, ensuring the end user’s voice is considered and understood among technical colleagues

Create and execute communication plans for
- impact projects or digitalization campaigns from Siemens Energy’s Digital Core

Manage the Digital Core’s communication channels and
- create to ensure that information is easy to find and that users are addressed in an engaging manner.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of the team’s activities in change management, channel management, communication and
- centric design

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, IT, Psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience in internal communications, change management, or user engagement, ideally in an IT or digital transformation context.

Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and formats.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (, Share
Point, Viva Engage, Teams, Power
Point, Lists).

Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret engagement metrics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a
- functional, international team.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
