Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with Dentstore’s business goals. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement to optimize campaigns and company’s image.

We’re looking for a marketing innovator who sees technology as a creative partner and is excited about the power of automation and AI to completely transform the way we communicate, sell, and grow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience in working with Monday is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CMS platforms, email marketing software etc. ).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of specialists in: Social Media & Ads: manage campaigns, targeting, and performance optimization. Graphics: oversee production of newsletters, banners, and visual assets. Content: ensure high-quality and SEO-friendly content across company websites. Blog & Video: guide engaging storytelling through written and video content.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Build automated, personalized marketing campaigns that trigger based on customer behavior and the sales funnel.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities.
