Description

We seek to employ a Digital Marketing professional who brings their
- how, utilize their personal aptitudes and expertise, to develop & advance a comprehensive, methodical, continuous
- commerce blueprint throughout EMEA, with the following main goals:

Boost traffic & revenue via our branded & affiliated digital channels (with distinctly defined SMART objectives and KPIs).

Ensure that all digital assets (copy, content, visuals) created and published establish a solid and consistent Steelcase experience, portraying brand quality standards and forging a strong emotional bond with
- customers.

Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy, blending organic and paid tactics, to increase brand awareness and drive e
Commerce revenue over time.

What You Will Be Doing:e
Commerce Strategy:

Conduct market parity research and competitive benchmarking to inform the
- commerce strategy aimed at increasing sales via owned websites and
- retail partners.

Facilitate global integration and alignment across regions, including through Steelcase's dotcom and other platforms.

Performance Digital Marketing Management

Planning, writing and scheduling digital marketing campaigns - taking full responsibility for these tasks, including producing relevant Retail newsletters for all EMEA countries where Steelcase operates in the D2C segment.

Management of the agency pitch process and relationships - overseeing all agency activities related to our ecommerce platforms, including defining and agreeing on SLAs and SOWs and holding QBRs.

Developing/ brainstorming on and executing promotional campaigns.

We specialize in optimizing campaign performance, providing ongoing management, conducting reporting and analysis, as well as managing traffic and activity tags, and developing data strategies.

Influencer Marketing:

Conduct research to identify suitable influencers, aligned with our brand direction and e
Commerce vision - working closely with the Brand Communication Team - covering key EMEA markets and select customer niches.

Validate influencer content to ensure maximum return on investment.

Maintain regular communication with influencers and invite them to relevant events, as needed.

Contribute to the development of a successful affiliate marketing program in EMEA.

Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, either
- house or at an agency

Experience in B2C marketing

Capable of guiding creative development towards business results

Strong critical thinking skills, excellent

- motivated with a high sense of responsibility/ownership

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

Systematic and structured work style

A thorough understanding of Google and Meta tools and functionalities.

Strong grasp of the digital landscape and an advanced proficiency in digital skills

Preferred Skills and Competencies

Interest in interior design, manufacturing, or the furniture industry is a nice to have.

Knowledge of German and/or French a plus.
