We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist
Are you a digital native with a passion for data-driven campaigns, smart targeting, and creative execution? Lighthouse PR is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of agency experience to join our growing team and help us run intelligent, high-performing campaigns across newsletters, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
If you have a strategic mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a hands-on attitude when it comes to marketing platforms and performance, we’d love to meet you.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team including a copywriter, a graphic designer, and a social media specialist, as and where needed, to help bring each campaign to life.
We’re also looking for someone who stays ahead of the curve — someone who loves exploring new AI tools, automation plug-ins, and emerging technologies that can boost efficiency and enhance how we execute campaigns.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in an agency environment
- Expertise in newsletter marketing: segmentation, A/B testing, performance tracking
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager: lead generation, audience targeting, analytics
- Strong command of Google Ads: search, display, and remarketing campaigns
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset: you enjoy measuring impact, not just creating
- Strategic thinking: ability to connect campaign goals with brand objectives
- Fluency in digital metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion tracking, etc.
- Passion for innovation: you regularly test or apply AI-based tools, automations, and plug-ins to work smarter and faster
- Collaborative spirit: works well with creative, PR, and content teams
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and execute multi-channel digital campaigns: primarily newsletters, LinkedIn, and Google Ads for major brands
- Set up audience targeting and segmentation strategies
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance
- Support digital strategy development in collaboration with PR and brand teams
- Create short briefs for visual/copy needs, collaborating with our in-house copywriter and designer
- Leverage automation and AI plug-ins to optimize workflows, improve campaign efficiency, and reduce manual tasks
- Work on retargeting flows and lead generation journeys
- Help build dashboards and performance reports that showcase ROI
