
Digital Media Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Digital Media Operations Manager to join the Dare Digital team!
You’ll play a key role in the operational success of our media department — creating efficient systems, processes, and workflows that elevate both the speed and quality of our delivery.
As a cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with media strategists, account managers, creatives, and developers to ensure our campaigns run smoothly from planning to reporting.
You’ll be responsible for building structure and clarity across the team, proposing scalable solutions that improve the way we work — both internally and in how we serve our clients.
You are:

- Experienced in managing teams and media processes within an agency environment, with a clear understanding of digital campaign workflows.

What you'll do:
Operational Leadership:
- Create and implement standardized processes and procedures for the media department
- Develop and maintain templates and frameworks to streamline activities
- Monitor team members' workload and optimize resource allocation
- Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage deadlines
- Ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs
- Coordinate the monthly closing process (reports, invoices, documentation)
Integration and Coordination
- Facilitate communication between the media team and other departments
- Ensure efficient information transfer between team members
- Coordinate deliverable integration across different departments
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks
- Organize and facilitate status and coordination meetings
Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control systems for deliverables
- Ensure adherence to standards and best practices in campaign implementation
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Review reports before client delivery
Innovation and Development
- Research and implement new tools and processes to streamline operations
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions and document best practices
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Stay current with new industry trends and tools
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with strong exposure to media operations and team management, preferably in an agency setting
- Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and campaign performance metrics
- Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Strong knowledge of campaign tracking methods and attribution models
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an efficiency-first mindset
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
- Advanced English (writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Experience with reporting automation and data visualization is a plus
- Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint are a plus
