YOUR MISSION:
Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.
Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, Share
Point, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Provide training sessions to users on all the tools of the Digital Workplace (Teams, Viva Engage, One
Drive, Share
Point Online, etc. ) with the objectives of transmitting new working methods and promoting the use of Digital Workplace tools;
- Create and update trainings content (script, training support, animation, video tutorials, etc. ) for the products and services deployed in the Groupe;
- Contribute to the change management projects by creating deliverables like tutorials, guides, trainings, etc. ;
- Provide support and guidance to the training’s participants in their approach to appropriate new uses related to new tools;
- Propose ways to promote the training sessions and to maximize the participation rate;
- Monitor the KPI and measure the performance of certain actions;
- Contribute to communication activity: incidents management communication for Digital Workplace tools; contribute/manage communication projects; create and send communications; ensure the production of deliverables for users like user guides, procedures, etc.
- Intervene on any other activities, such event organization, community management, marketing campaigns etc.
Profile required
- Very good level of French and English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications: Share
Point Online, Teams, One
Drive, etc. ;
- User-centric;
- Passionate about new technologies;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- You are rigorous and pedagogue;
- You are a good communicator and you have good writing skills;
- Desire to learn continuously and to share your experience.
NICE TO HAVE:
- A proactive and reactive attitude;
- Autonomy;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Previous coach experience (would be a plus)
