Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.  Promise Group Romania started its operations in 2024 as a part of international expansion and is already an active distributor in the market.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Direct Account Manager for Romania!

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients, including the public sector.
• Building and maintaining
  - term, sustainable relationships with clients and analyzing their needs.
• Being responsible for the Romanian market.
• Implementing the established sales plans according to the company’s strategy.
• Managing the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts.
• Preparing presentations and offers.
• Actively creating interest in technological solutions and analyzing market trends.
• Collaborating closely with our Solution Sales, Delivery and Operations teams.

Our Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in similar role
• Very good knowledge in the area of selling Microsoft services and products.
• Good knowledge of SEE markets.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation, as well as sales processes.
• Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships
• Ability to work in virtual environment
• Willingness to undertake business travel
• Good command of English (C1)
