Director Business System Lean Operations
Copeland is a global provider of sustainable climate solutions, creating efficient residential, commercial, and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies.
We are looking for a Business System Lean Operations Leader who will support Copeland Business System development and implementation across manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia.
The Copeland Business System (CBS) Lean Operations Leader will be responsible for collaborating
- functionally and with the leadership team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing operations continuous improvement, while being a driver of culture change. The right candidate will have extensive experience in leveraging lean manufacturing tools to drive operational transformation across multiple Operations sites concurrently.
The role will require significant travel (-%). This position provides the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity for broad exposure to our various businesses and their leadership teams. The home location for this position is somewhat flexible, but preferably near one of our business units in Europe.
