Director of Business Development W/M

Fertilizer & Agronomic Innovation

As Director of Business Development, you will be the

driving force behind our business expansion. You will lead on the basis of clear objectives:

Develop and implement growth strategies,

Build
- performance teams,

Forge powerful partnerships that accelerate our mission: to empower farmers through sustainable and profitable innovation.

Your responsibilities:

Create and lead a dynamic business development strategy.

Inspire and coordinate a team of business developers and agronomic technical consultants in several regions.

Identify, initiate and develop new market opportunities.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agricultural retailers,
- operatives and key industry players.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and global teams to drive innovation.

Manage regional and national P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

Represent the company at
- level industry events, conferences, and strategy meetings.

Profil attendu :

Your profile:

A strong background in agriculture, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's farmers.

A visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actions and strategy into results.

Master's level, expertise developed over at least 7 years in business development and the establishment of strategic partnerships.

The ability to lead and unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious and complex projects.

Given the international scope of our operations at TIMAC AGRO, strong proficiency in English is required.

Work environment:

Reports to the General Management / Staff members.

Frequent travel (up to 70%), including occasional domestic and international travel.
