Sub coordonarea Coordonatorului CRM/ responsabil CRM, face parte din Departamentul Service și Mentenanță si are ca principal obiectiv monitorizarea sistemelor electronice de securitate conectate la dispecerat, prin intermediul
- urilor dedicate.
Responsabilitati:
Preluarea apelurilor de la clienti si inregistrarea acestora in aplicatia dedicata;
Gestionarea incidentelor din aplicatia CRM, de la inregistrare pana la rezolvare;
Monitorizarea sistemelor electronice de securitate conectate la dispecerat;
Inregistrarea si arhivarea fizica si electronica a Fiselor de Interventie;
Acordarea de suport tehnic (Level 1) pentru solicitarile telefonice;
Executarea altor sarcini atribuite de superiorul direct, in sfera de activitate;
Asigurarea unei comunicari eficiente cu Contract Managerii si Service Project Managerii.
Cerinte si competente:
Studii: preferabil studii medii tehnice finalizate;
Experienta: minim 1 an
- un rol similar (avantaj experienta in dispecerat / monitorizare sisteme);
Cunostinte:
Operare MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Limba engleza – nivel mediu;
Abilitati: comunicare clara, atentie la detalii, organizare, capacitate de prioritizare si respectarea termenelor.
