Key Responsibilities:

-Recruits and interviews the drivers;

-Conducts phone and face to face interviews with candidates;

-Communicates relevant information to candidates and employees in compliance with current laws, regulations, and industry standards;

-Cooperates with local authorities, supports in providing
- employment documents like residence card and medical
- up and others;

-Revises personal documents and onboards employees;

-Cooperates with operations team on setting expectations, understanding their needs, and matching the right candidates with the right opportunity;​

-Relevant experience in a similar role

-Good command of English

-Knowledge of transportation, logistics activity and ​procedures of conducting recruitment process
